Terms and conditions applicable when using Pixy Records services

1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the use of services offered by Pixy Records (pixyrecords.com). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Pixy Records offers the following professional music production services:

  • Vocal Recording: Professional studio vocal recording services
  • Mixing & Mastering: Online and studio-based mixing and mastering services
  • Beat Production: Custom beat and music instrumental production
  • Music Publishing: Digital platform music distribution services
  • Voiceover & Dubbing: Audio services for advertising, podcasts, and media projects
  • Music Arrangement: Professional music arrangement and editing
  • Post-Production: Audio post-production for film, TV, and media projects

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to use some of our services. When creating an account:

  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • You must be over 18 years old
  • You must keep your account information confidential
  • You are responsible for all activities from your account

3.2 Account Security

If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account password, you must notify us immediately.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

  • All orders are subject to our confirmation
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Campaigns and discounts are subject to specific conditions
  • Placing an order constitutes a contract offer

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made by credit card or other specified methods
  • All prices are in TRY and include VAT unless otherwise stated
  • Service will not start until payment is fully received
  • Incorrect payment information may result in order cancellation

4.3 Cancellation and Refund

Before Service Starts: Order can be cancelled and full refund obtained before service starts.

After Service Starts: If work has begun on the project, partial refund may apply (varies by situation).

Digital Products: Downloaded digital products (vocal chain, beats, etc.) are non-refundable.

Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 14 days.

5. Service Conditions

5.1 Project Delivery Times

  • Mixing & Mastering: 3-5 business days (normal), 1-2 business days (express)
  • Beat Production: 5-7 business days
  • Music Arrangement: Varies based on project complexity
  • Delivery times may vary based on workload
  • Holidays are not counted as business days

5.2 Revision Policy

  • Online Mixing: 3 revision rights
  • Beat Production: 2 revision rights
  • Music Arrangement: Varies based on package content
  • Additional revision requests are subject to extra charge
  • Revision requests must be clear and detailed

5.3 File Formats

Files to Send: WAV, 24-bit, unclipped raw recordings

Delivery Formats: WAV, MP3, and platform-specific master files

File Storage: Projects are stored for 3 months after completion

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Customer Materials

Materials you send us (vocal recordings, music files, etc.) remain your property. However, you grant us permission to use these materials to perform the service.

6.2 Output Files

  • Custom Beat/Music: All rights transfer to you with full purchase
  • Leased Beat: Limited usage rights according to license agreement
  • Mixing/Mastering: Output files belong to you
  • Vocal Chain: Licensed for personal use

6.3 Portfolio Usage

We may use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you require confidentiality, please specify in advance.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • DO NOT: Upload copyrighted materials without permission
  • DO NOT: Impersonate someone else's identity
  • DO NOT: Send malicious code or viruses
  • DO NOT: Abuse or misuse the service
  • DO NOT: Use automated bots or scrapers

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Warranties

Our services are provided "as is". We are not responsible for technical failures, delays, or losses.

8.2 Loss and Damage

We are not responsible for data loss due to lack of backup. Customers are advised to backup their own files.

8.3 Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content of third-party links on our website.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9.1 Analytics Tools

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. Paid fees for active orders may be partially refunded.

Disputes arising from these terms are subject to Turkish law. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms of Service without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted on this page. We may send email notification for significant changes.
